This Privacy Policy explains what information MythralCreations collects when you use this site, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

• Account information: if you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord username, avatar, and user ID — enough to know who you are, not your Discord password or private messages.
• Order information: which Builds you purchased and when, so we can grant you download access and help you if something goes wrong.
• Payment information: handled entirely by PayPal. We see that a payment was completed and its amount, but we never see or store your card or bank details.
• Basic technical data: standard web server logs (like IP address and browser type), collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information only to: let you log in, process and deliver your purchases, provide support when you ask for it on Discord, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Where it's stored

Account and order data is stored in our database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Payment processing happens on PayPal's systems, governed by PayPal's own Privacy Policy. Login happens through Discord, governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, data protection law (GDPR/UK GDPR) gives you the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (we'll keep what we're legally required to, such as basic order records, for as long as required for tax/accounting purposes)
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to how we process your data

To exercise any of these, message us on Discord. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in after you authenticate with Discord. This cookie is necessary for the site to function (you can't stay logged in without it) — it isn't used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.

6. Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed for legal/accounting purposes after a purchase, whichever is longer. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

7. Children

This site isn't directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us on Discord and we'll remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
