These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MythralCreations website and your purchase of any digital products (build schematics, maps, and related files, together "Builds") sold through it. By using this site or purchasing a Build, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

MythralCreations ("we", "us") is a Minecraft build studio. For any questions, the fastest way to reach us is through our Discord server.

2. What we sell

We sell digital files — schematics and maps intended for use with Minecraft (and, where noted, Hytale) — delivered electronically after payment. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

3. License to use a Build

When you purchase a Build, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that file on servers or worlds you own or administer. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise:

• Each purchase covers use on one server or project. Contact us on Discord if you need a license covering more.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the file itself (or a copy of it) as your own product, whether for free or for payment.
• You may modify a Build for your own use.
• Free Builds may generally be used more broadly — check the specific listing for any conditions.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not directly collect or store your card details — that's handled entirely by PayPal under their own terms and privacy policy.

5. Delivery and access

After a successful payment, access to download your Build is granted automatically to the account you were logged in with at checkout. See our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with delivery.

6. Custom builds

If you commission a custom build outside the standard catalog, the scope, price, and timeline will be agreed with you directly (typically over Discord) before work begins. Those specifics take priority over these general Terms where they conflict.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to upload harmful code, or to use purchased Builds in a way that infringes on the rights of others.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site and your access to purchased files available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — for example during maintenance or if our hosting provider has downtime.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
