Refund Policy

Our Builds are digital files delivered instantly after payment, which makes refunds different from a physical product you could return unopened. This page explains where we stand.

1. Digital delivery and your right of withdrawal

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, consumer law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as download begins — but only if we've told you this in advance and you've agreed to it. That's what this section does: by completing checkout and downloading a Build, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, since the file has then been fully delivered to you.

2. When we will refund you

We want you to actually be able to use what you paid for. We'll issue a refund if:

• The file is genuinely broken, corrupted, or doesn't open in the tools listed on the product page
• The Build is materially different from what was described or shown (for example, missing a major feature that was advertised)
• You were charged but never received download access due to a technical error on our end
• You haven't downloaded the file yet and simply changed your mind — we'll consider this on a case-by-case basis

3. When we generally won't refund you

• You've downloaded the file and it works as described, but you decided you no longer want it
• You're having trouble importing it into your world due to a setup issue on your end (we'll still help you fix this for free on Discord — that's different from a refund)
• You purchased the wrong Build by mistake and already downloaded it (message us quickly and we'll try to help, but we can't promise a refund once the file is delivered)

4. How to request a refund

Message us on Discord with your order details and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a day or two. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method — processing time after that depends on PayPal, typically a few business days.

5. Custom builds

Refunds for custom/commissioned work are handled according to whatever was agreed before the work started, since scope and payment structure vary per project.
